Harco is a seasoned executive search leader with over two decades of experience placing senior talent across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on ESG, sustainability, and transformational leadership roles. Previously, he held executive roles at top-tier firms, including Managing Director of Badenoch & Clark (Adecco Group) and Managing Director Europe Acre, where he led sustainability-focused recruitment across the continent. Harco has built and scaled search businesses across Europe – including Calderon Search & Advisory, his most recent venture prior to joining Venari Partners – and has successfully delivered on hundreds of leadership assignments for mission-driven organisations navigating complex change. He brings deep insight into the leadership challenges of the sustainability transition and is uniquely positioned to advise on talent strategies that drive impact and long-term value. A certified Climate Reality Leader trained by Al Gore, Harco combines corporate expertise with a personal commitment to environmental and social progress.
